Just buy him from the in-game store. Simple as that.
To get Bob in Infinity Craft, make sure you complete the 'Mysterious Wanderer' quest. You'll find Bob wandering around the Dark Forest during the night time.
You gotta go to the Hidden Cavern and solve the ancient puzzle there. Bob will appear as a reward.
Once I found Bob after mining deep into the Lava Caves. Definitely worth the effort!
