You can't get Bombastic Bling anymore. It was part of a limited-time event. Keep an eye out for new events for similar items!

I got mine during the Ready Player Two event! You had to follow some in-game clues and complete challenges in Piggy. If you missed it, try hunting for similar new events in the future.
