You can't get BTools in most of the games anymore. Roblox removed them to prevent abuse. Maybe try a build game that gives you tools by default?
BTools used to be a thing in older Roblox games, but they've mostly been phased out. Your best option is to use Roblox Studio for any building and scripting you want to do.
As of now, getting BTools (Building Tools) in Roblox directly within most games isn't possible unless the game creator specifically provides them. However, you can access building tools in Roblox Studio to create your own games or to test your creations.
