There's no way to get Builderman to follow you specifically, as every new Roblox member starts with Builderman as a follower.

Builderman already follows all new Roblox accounts automatically. He’s not actively following people manually.

You can't really get Builderman to follow you manually since he follows all new users by default. It's a built-in perk of joining Roblox!
