You need to perform 50 Fatalities on a character to get their head. Go to the Krypt and place it on their spike in the Warrior Shrine to unlock their gear and items. Happy hunting!

Get 50 Fatalities on a character in any mode. You'll get their head to use in the Krypt.

I just smashed out 50 fatalities on the same character in Towers of Time. Boom! Instant head. Takes time but worth it!
