Unlocking characters in Super Smash Bros N64 is all about completing specific challenges! For example, beat Classic Mode with any character to unlock Jigglypuff. For Luigi, beat Bonus Stage 1 with all 8 starter characters. Ness? Complete Classic with 3 lives on Normal difficulty or higher. Captain Falcon joins if you beat Classic in under 20 minutes.

To unlock characters in Super Smash Bros N64, just focus on completing certain in-game challenges. Like, finish Classic Mode to get Jigglypuff or beat it within 20 minutes for Captain Falcon.
