Just keep playing! Pokémon Trainer, which includes Charizard, will be unlocked eventually through regular gameplay.
You can't unlock Charizard separately in Super Smash Bros Ultimate. He's packaged with Pokémon Trainer.
Unlocking Pokémon Trainer, which includes Charizard, can be done in World of Light, via classic mode, or just by playing versus mode until you unlock them.
