You can't get Cloud in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. He wasn't available until Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U.

Cloud鈥檚 not in Brawl, but you can play as him in the later versions. Look forward to him in Smash 4 or Ultimate!
