Honestly, just run any Railjack nodes in Corpus Proxima regions. You'll trip over Copernics sooner or later.
From my experience, the best way to get Copernics is to focus on the skirmish missions in the Veil Proxima. They tend to drop more frequently there. Happy farming!
Copernics are mainly found in Railjack missions in the Corpus Proxima regions, especially Venus and Neptune Proximas. Keep an eye out for resource caches!
