I actually found a bunch of Courser Bee Honey by accident while exploring around Satori Mountain. There's this little grove with several hives. Shoot the hives down with fire arrows, makes it so much easier because the fire scares off the bees!
Ugh, why bother? Just buy it from a shop in one of the towns. Save yourself the trouble of bee stings.
