Gotta dive into those Daily Ops missions, my friend! Covert Scout Armor plans drop as a reward once you hit Elder tier in Daily Ops. Keep grinding, as it's a bit of a luck game. But hey, that's part of the fun, right? Plus, you get to show off that sleek armor once you've got it.

Just buy it from another player if you're not into the grind. Seriously, I've seen players selling pieces or even plans on forums and in-game. Might cost you a pretty penny in Caps, but it saves time.

Luck of the draw, mate. Daily Ops, Elder tier - that's your ticket. Got mine after a few tries. Felt like winning the lottery... with guns.

Daily Ops, Elder tier. That's all there is to it. No shortcuts, just grind.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
