You get Crashfish Powder from Crashfish! Go near their nests (those sulfur plants in the Kelp Forest or the Safe Shallows), and when they explode, grab the powder from the nest. Easy peasy!

Dive into the Kelp Forest or Safe Shallows, find those annoying Crashfish in their nests, and right after they kamikaze at you, nab the Crashfish Powder from their caves. Watch your oxygen, though!

Just find a Crashfish nest, let the fish chase you, and then collect the Crashfish Powder from the nest. Simple as that.

Trust me, you gotta let the Crashfish explode and then grab the powder outta their nests. It's risky, but worth it!
