Sorry to burst your bubble, but Terraria doesn't have an 'official' Creative Mode like Minecraft. But, fear not! There's something called 'Journey Mode' introduced in the Journey's End update, which is pretty close. It lets you duplicate items, adjust difficulty, and control the weather among other god-like powers. Make sure your game is up to date, and you'll have access to Journey Mode, which is as good as Creative Mode gets in Terraria.
