Another method? Create an efficient mob farm in the Crimson. Look, the key is gonna test your patience either way, but a well-designed mob farm can speed things up. Stack up on battle potions and water candles to increase spawn rates, and get ready for a long haul. Happy hunting!

So, you wanna snag yourself a Crimson Key, huh? Alright, let me lay it down for ya. First off, keep in mind that these keys are super rare drops from any enemy in the Crimson biome. But here's the kicker – they only start dropping after you've defeated Plantera, sort of a mid-game boss. So, step one: beat Plantera. Step two: arm yourself with patience, maybe a four-leaf clover, and start farming those Crimson mobs. Oh, and don't forget, it's a 1/2500 chance drop, so maybe binge a show or something while you grind.

Honestly, just keep killing stuff in the Crimson after Plantera is down. It'll drop eventually.

I got mine while I wasn't even trying! Was just clearing the area and boom, Crimson Key. Sometimes, luck just decides to be on your side. But don't count on it, luck is fickle.
