Well, get ready to embrace the cold. Just farm the enemies on Europa, especially the ones in excavation missions. They drop 'em like candy.
I've had the best luck with cubic diodes on Europa running the excavation missions. Enemies seem to have them in abundance there.
Honestly, I'd say just stick to Europa. The drop rate for cubic diodes there is solid, and you'll rack them up in no time.
