Unfortunately, you can't officially get custom skins on Minecraft PS3. But you can use the skins available in the game's skin packs!

No custom skins on PS3. Skin packs it is! Been there, tried that!

Hey, the PS3 version of Minecraft doesn't support custom skins. Stick to the provided skin packs and have fun building!
