Unfortunately, Xbox doesn't easily allow for custom skin uploads like PC does. You're mostly limited to using skins from the Marketplace. However, some creators package popular skins there, so you might find what you're looking for!
You can try using the Character Creator feature within Minecraft which lets you mix and match different elements to create your own unique skin. It's not as customizable as uploading, but it's still fun!
