Honestly, just grind those raids and stick to the Second Sea. You'll eventually get all the stuff needed for Cyborg.
To get the Cyborg race in Blox Fruits, you gotta complete the Cyborg quest from the Robotmega NPC in the Second Sea. Gather 1,000 fragments, a core brain (dropped by the raid boss), and a fist of darkness, then give it all to Robotmega!
I got my Cyborg by running raids consistently. Took a bit of time, but it's totally worth it for those sweet abilities!
