Unfortunately, Cyrax isn't a playable character in Mortal Kombat 11. You can face him in the story mode though!

You can't actually play as Cyrax in Mortal Kombat 11. His appearance is limited to the game's story mode cutscenes.

Cyrax is not on the MK11 roster and there's no way to officially unlock him for play. Keep hoping for future DLC!
