To unlock debug mode in Sonic Mania Plus, go to Mania Mode, hover over No Save mode, and press Y (or Triangle on PlayStation). Then, select a level, and press X to activate debug mode!

Enable debug mode by holding the buttons mentioned above (Y/Triangle) until you hear a ring sound. You'll know it's active when you see coordinates.
