To unlock Debug Mode in Sonic Mania Plus, start by collecting all of the Chaos Emeralds to turn into Super Sonic. Next, on the title screen, highlight the 'No Save' option and press Y (Switch), Triangle (PS4), or X (Xbox) twice. Voila! Debug Mode is unlocked for you to enjoy!
