Unfortunately, once they're deleted, there's no official method to recover them. You can try reaching out to Facebook support, though!

You might be out of luck retrieving them directly, but sometimes old messages show up in email notifications or backup files.
If you've backed up your iPhone with iCloud or iTunes, you could try restoring your phone to a previous backup. Just be careful鈥攜ou'll lose any data added after that backup!
