Sorry bud, once a message is deleted on Instagram, it's gone for good. Best to save important ones in the future!
You can't retrieve deleted messages on Instagram. Period. Just make sure to screenshot important stuff next time!
For real, though, I've been able to see some deleted messages by scrolling through my email notifications if I had email notifications on.
If you have your Instagram account linked to Facebook Messenger, sometimes it'll save the conversation there too. Worth a check!
