For the Seamoth, you need to find the vehicle upgrade console fragment and then craft it at the modification station. The ingredients are 2 magnetite and a plasteel ingot.
Don't forget you need the mk1 module first! Then you just gather some rubies and a plasteel ingot and you're good to go.
Just take your Seamoth to a modification station, and use a Plasteel Ingot and some Magnetite to craft the Depth Module Mk2. Happy diving!
