To get the Destroyer Emblem in Terraria, you gotta beat the Wall of Flesh to get into Hardmode first. Once you're in, take down the three Mechanical Bosses to spawn Plantera. After beating Plantera, head to the Jungle to find the Golem in the Lihzahrd Temple. Beat the Golem, and it'll drop the Sun Stone. Next, craft an Avenger Emblem by combining 5 Souls of Might, Sight, and Fright each at a Tinkerer's Workshop. Now, combine that Avenger Emblem with the Eye of the Golem (which Golem drops) to finally craft your Destroyer Emblem. It's a bit of a journey, but totally worth it for those sweet damage and critical strike bonuses!

Honestly? The Destroyer Emblem's not even that good. Focus on building better gear instead.
