Dino eggs are extinct in Adopt Me's nursery since the Ocean update. Your best bet is trading, so polish your negotiation skills.
You can't get a dinosaur egg anymore since the Fossil Egg was replaced by the Ocean Egg. But you can always trade with someone who has one!
I got my Dino Egg by trading my precious unicorn. Not the best deal, but hey, dinosaurs make great pets!
