Sorry, you can't access Director Mode in GTA 5 on the Xbox 360 offline; it's a feature exclusive to the enhanced editions for Xbox One and newer consoles.

Unfortunately, Director Mode isn't available in the Xbox 360 version of GTA 5. You'll need to upgrade to Xbox One or newer for that feature!
