The Discord overlay doesn't work on mobile devices, but you can use voice chat in the Discord app alongside PUBG Mobile. Just run them both at the same time!

I usually have a second device running Discord for voice chat, so I can keep my main screen free for PUBG Mobile. Works like a charm!

You can't get Discord overlay on PUBG Mobile, only for PC. So for mobile, just use Discord's voice chat while you game.
