If the DLC page seems glitchy on the PS3 store, try searching directly from the PlayStation Store. Type in 'Skyrim' and look for add-ons.

You need to go to the in-game menu in Skyrim, find the downloadable content option, and it'll redirect you to the PlayStation Store!

I got all my Skyrim DLC from the PlayStation Store. Make sure your PS3 is connected to the internet, then search for Dawnguard, Hearthfire, or Dragonborn. Easy peasy!
