Unfortunately, Dragon Ball Budokai 3 isn't available directly on PS4. Maybe try the HD Collection for PS3 if you still have one of those lying around!

No direct way to get Budokai 3 on PS4, but you might consider playing Dragon Ball FighterZ or Xenoverse 2 for a great DBZ experience on PS4.

I really wanted to replay Budokai 3 on my PS4 too. Sadly, you can’t, but Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 kinda scratches that itch!
