You'll need to beat the Expert Mission 16 with an Ultimate Finish to get the Potara Earrings in Xenoverse 2. Good luck going Super Saiyan on that one!
From my experience, the easiest way to grab the Potara Earrings is to farm Expert Mission 16. Bring a solid team and spam your strongest skills.
