To get Ultra Instinct in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, you'll need to download the Extra Pack 2 DLC. After that, complete the Infinite History storyline to unlock it. Goku (Ultra Instinct) will then be available as a playable character. Go get 'em, fighter!
