To get Dragon Breath V2 in Blox Fruits, you'll need to upgrade it to Dragon Talon. First, get 400 mastery on Dragon Breath. Then, find Uzoth at the Haunted Castle and have a Fire Essence. Use the Fire Essence near the blue flame to summon and defeat Uzoth to get the Dragon Talon scroll!
