Honestly, trading is the fastest way. Hatch a few pets, stock up on eggs, and then find someone willing to trade a Dragon.
Dragons are legendary, so you can also trade with other players if you've got something they want. Make sure to offer something awesome!
Just buy a Royal Egg from the Nursery and cross your fingers during the hatching process. Might take a few eggs, but patience is key!
