Alright, so to get Duskit in Loomian Legacy, you need to finish the Gale Forest quest. Head over to Gale Forest and talk to the NPC who will guide you through the quest. Once you complete it, you'll have the chance to encounter and capture Duskit!
I got my Duskit by completing the Gale Forest quest and then roaming around until I encountered it. It took a while, but it was totally worth it!
