I’ve tried them all, and here’s my cheat sheet: Rainer for Vaporeon, Sparky for Jolteon, Pyro for Flareon! Espeon and Umbreon need the buddy system and day/night. Leafeon and Glaceon require special lures! Sylveon needs 70 hearts with Eevee. Easy peasy!
For Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon, you can use the 'Eevee Name Trick' once each: name your Eevee Rainer (for Vaporeon), Sparky (for Jolteon), or Pyro (for Flareon) before evolving it. For Espeon and Umbreon, walk with your Eevee as your buddy for 10 km, then evolve it during the day for Espeon or at night for Umbreon. For Leafeon and Glaceon, evolve your Eevee near a Mossy Lure or a Glacial Lure, respectively. Finally, for Sylveon, earn 70 hearts with your Eevee as your buddy before evolving it. Happy evolving!

No need to stress! Just keep walking your Eevee and using the appropriate lures, and you'll get all the evolutions eventually.
