How to Get Each Eeveelution in Pokemon GO
Okay, here’s the magic trick for naming: you can evolve Eevee into Vaporeon by naming it Rainer, into Jolteon by naming it Sparky, and into Flareon by naming it Pyro. For Espeon, name it Sakura, for Umbreon, name it Tamao, for Leafeon, name it Linnea, for Glaceon, name it Rea, and for Sylveon, name it Kira! On the flip side, if you want to do it the long way, evolving them with specific tasks also works, like walking an Eevee 10km and evolving it during the day for Espeon or at night for Umbreon.

Just name your Eevee correctly before evolving it! Works once per evolution: Rainer (Vaporeon), Sparky (Jolteon), Pyro (Flareon), Sakura (Espeon), Tamao (Umbreon), Linnea (Leafeon), Rea (Glaceon), and Kira (Sylveon).
When you evolve Eevee without a name trick, it's random for Vaporeon, Jolteon, or Flareon. But for Espeon or Umbreon, walk it as your buddy for 10km and evolve during the day or night respectively!
Name it Kira for Sylveon. Trust me, it works. I did it last week!
You can also use evolution items found at PokéStops to evolve Eevee into Leafeon and Glaceon: use a Mossy Lure for Leafeon and a Glacial Lure for Glaceon.
