It's not available to purchase as a premium vehicle anymore, so if you missed the event, you'll have to wait for it to come back around.
Got mine a while back. All you need to do is research it through the French light tank line. Patience and battle points!
To get the EBR in War Thunder, you need to unlock it through the French tech tree under the light tanks category. Just grind out those research points!
Grind baby, grind. It's the only way. Tech tree all the way!
