How to get Echo Blocks in Terraria
Echo Blocks in Terraria are pretty awesome for those sneaky builds. You'll need to get your hands on the Echo Chamber, a crafting station dropped by the Queen Slime boss. Once you've got that, just use Dark Shards, which you can find in the Corrupted desert biome, along with Stone Blocks. Voila! Echo Blocks galore for your stealthy constructions.

Honestly, why bother with Echo Blocks? There are way cooler building materials out there. Just my two cents.
Simple answer: Beat Queen Slime, grab the Echo Chamber, mix Dark Shards with Stone Blocks. Echo Blocks, done.
