You can find Elerium Crystals in Supply Raids, Alien Facilities, and sometimes they pop up as mission rewards. Happy hunting!
Just focus on Alien Facilities and Supply Raids. You'll need to hit those key missions often to stock up.
Build the Shadow Chamber early, then focus on Supply Raids and Alien Facilities. Trust me, it works every time!
