You can get emotes in Warframe by heading to the Market in your Orbiter and searching for 'Emotes'. Many are free, but some might cost Platinum!

Just go to the Market, search ‘Emotes’, and pick the ones you like. Some are free, some need Platinum, so happy shopping!

Make sure to explore the Market and events for all the cool emotes, they add an extra flair to your Tenno! I've found some awesome ones during special events!

You get emotes by completing quests and missions or sometimes through special events. Check your inventory, you might already own some!
