From my experience, you need to head to the Krypt, find the broken elevator shaft by Goro鈥檚 Lair, and jump in. Ermac鈥檚 Amulet is down there, surrounded by a green glow. It does cost some Koins, so make sure you have enough!
To get Ermac's Amulet, head to the Krypt and find the broken elevator near Goro's Lair. Jump down the hole and you should land in an area with a green glow鈥擡rmac's Amulet awaits! Just be ready to spend some Koins.
