How to Get Every Dragon Ball Xenoverse Character?
The fastest way to unlock characters is by finishing the story mode, then grinding Parallel Quests for the remaining ones. Some characters only appear as rewards for completing certain PQs with specific conditions.

To unlock every character in Dragon Ball Xenoverse, you need to complete the main story missions, Parallel Quests, and special requirements in each quest. Don't forget to grind for Dragon Balls to make some specific wishes for characters too!
