How to Get Every Item in Terraria Journey Mode
In Terraria's Journey Mode, to get every item you gotta activate the Research function. Basically, you gather enough of an item and then poof! You've 'researched' it. After that, you can duplicate it for free, anytime. Start with easy stuff like blocks and work your way up to the rarer items. Patience is key, as some items require you to gather a lot of them before they're considered 'researched'.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about getting every single item. Just enjoy the game and explore everything it has to offer. You'll collect most of what you need naturally as you play.
