To get Evil Karma, attack other players or look for Evil Karma chests. For Good Karma, focus on defeating Dark Learners or collecting from Good Karma chests!

From my experience, you can balance both by alternating between PvP combat for Evil Karma and targeting Dark Learners for Good Karma.
Evil Karma is a sinch – just take down other players. Good Karma, on the other hand, needs you to handle Dark Learners.
