Easy way to get exiled is to make very unpopular decisions. Raise taxes to crazy high levels and execute anyone who opposes you. You'll be packing your bags in no time!
Honestly, the fastest way is to make everyone hate you. Trust me, been there, done that. It's surprisingly easy when you're a royal tyrant!
