Ah, the elusive exotic guns! You can get them by completing specific missions and strongholds, farming for components, or checking out the Dark Zone. Keep grinding and you'll unlock one before you know it!
Just get lucky! Sometimes RNG is your best friend and worst enemy.
I found my first exotic gun in The Division 2 by completing the Capitol Building stronghold. Keep an eye on your progress and don't forget to check your loot!
