Honestly, just grind. Replaying missions over and over will eventually net you those sweet EXP modules. Patience, young Saiyan.
EXP modules? Just wish for them using the Dragon Balls! (Just kidding, but that would be awesome, right?)
Check the in-game shop periodically. Sometimes, they stock EXP modules for purchase with in-game currency. Gotta keep an eye out!
