Using Rare Candies will also give you XL variants on Pokemon level 40 or above. And don't forget raids; they often drop XL Candies too!

To get XL Candy in Pokemon GO, you can catch Pokemon that are evolved or at a high level, trade them, or walk with them as your buddy!

If you're into transferring, you can get XL Candy by transferring Pokemon to Professor Willow, especially if they鈥檙e high CP or evolved.

Honestly, just catch a ton of Pokemon and hope for the best. The game loves to give it when you least expect it!

Participate in events! Niantic often rolls out special events where XL Candies drop more frequently. Keep an eye on the news tab in-game.

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
