Just hit up the Jungle biome, my friend. Feral Claws drop from Jungle Shrines and Chests. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don't. Keep at it!
Found mine in a Jungle Shrine after what felt like hours. Those Feral Claws are worth the hunt though, they boost your melee speed big time. So, yeah, Jungle biome's your best bet. Good luck!
